Customize it with your favorite milk and toppings like crushed walnuts or shaved coconut for a satisfying and delicious start to the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 1⁄2 cups plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 scoop LiveComplete unflavored protein powder
  • Optional: 1 Tbsp maple syrup (if using unsweetened plant milk)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup strawberries, diced
  • Optional: 1⁄4 cup crushed walnuts, sliced almonds, or shaved coconut

Instructions: 

  1. Mix the oats, plant milk, optional maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl or jar. Stir until combined.
  2. Fold in half of the diced strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Before eating, stir in the LiveComplete protein powder and add more plant milk, if needed.
  4. Top with the remaining strawberries and optional walnuts, almonds, or shaved coconut. Serve and enjoy. This will keep for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
